Pro Photo Ops Schedule
Pro Photo Ops take place at the west end of the main Showplex hall behind the Featured Guests, with two photo studios (Photo Studio 1 and Photo Studio 2) and a room for queuing.
If two of your Photo Times are close together, don’t worry. Just let any of our staff know and they’ll make sure you get to both of your photo ops.

Photo Op FAQ Good to know
Is this my exact photo time?
Photo Times are estimates. Line up 10 minutes before your Photo Time in the queuing area, and watch the TV screens near the photo studios at the show.
Two of my photo ops overlap. What do I do?
Don't stress. Tell a staff member when you get in line and they'll help you get to both. You only miss a photo op if you aren't in the photo op area at the listed time. Photo ops are never taken earlier than posted on the screens.
Where do I pick up my printed photo?
Photos are picked up immediately in the Photo Op area.
Is there a refund if a guest cancels?
Photo Ops are fully refundable if the guest cancels their appearance.
Where are the photo studios?
At the west end of the main Showplex hall behind the Featured Guests: two separate photo studios (Photo Studio 1 and Photo Studio 2) and a room for queuing.
Do I need an admission ticket too?
Yes. A valid admission ticket for the day of your photo op is required. Up to four fans can be in one photo op.
