India Eisley's career started at age 9 and includes television and independent films. From 2008 to 2013 she played Ashley Juergens on the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Her later television credits include the title role in the Lifetime film My Sweet Audrina (2016) and Fauna Hodel in the TNT series I Am the Night (2019).
Her horror and fantasy credits begin with Headspace (2005), in which she appeared with her mother, Olivia Hussey. In Underworld: Awakening (2012) she played Eve, the hybrid daughter of the vampire Selene, played by Kate Beckinsale. She took the role of Briar Rose in The Curse of Sleeping Beauty (2016), a dark-fantasy retelling set around a cursed estate. In Look Away (2018) she played both Maria and her reflection, Airam, in a psychological horror story about a teenager and the double in her mirror. Other genre work includes Clinical (2017) and Vampires of the Velvet Lounge (2026), in which she plays Joan.
Outside horror, she played Sawa opposite Samuel L. Jackson in Kite (2014), Lucy in Every Breath You Take (2021), and Lee-Grace Dougherty in American Outlaws (2023).
